Their hot honey sweet barbecue sauce is the bomb! “ I got the Jr. plate with the ribs (fell off the bone), sausage (seasoned to perfection), and the moist brisket (melt in your mouth). Also got the beans which had more of the brisket in them and creamy cole slaw. Could not recommend this place more. DO NOT miss the banana puddin cheesecake. ”
“ We came on a Sunday after church. We wanted to try something different. Didn’t even know this was here it’s right next to Meridian lanes and Meridian Speedway. We loved the clean restaurant. seems like it’s a Family operated barbecue place. It smelled absolutely fabulous when we walked in. They prepared the food and we ordered it. The barbecue sauces were delicious. The spicy hot was definitely spicy hot —house was good. We had everything we had smoked sausage, turkey brisket, my son had a sandwich. The potato salad was good. The beans were pretty good. The mac & cheese was delicious and the deviled eggs were very good definitely recommend and will definitely be back. Also, the tables were big plenty of space love that. ”

The service was by far the top5 I’ve experienced in the city—friendly, attentive, and reliable. The restaurant itself is very comfortable and welcoming. “ What a good find! They not only have traditional smoked meats, but make their own sausages, smoked cream cheese, picked eggs and other delights. Staff was very polite, pleasant and helpful. I eat carnivore diet and their meat by weight was perfect and the fact that they offer different fat content levels is a bonus! I had their "moist" brisket which was excellent in fat content, flavor and tenderness. Looking forward to near future visits to try other meats! ”
